The Bay Area Commercial Property Guide
has been published continuously since 1993.
We are a trend analysis publication that provides market data to commercial property investors, owners and professionals.

Our magazine coverage includes the San Francisco metropolitan area, extending north to Santa Rosa, east to Sacramento and south to San Jose.
Specialists in their field write bi-monthly columns about the real estate market on topics that include insurance, finance and legal issues. Brokers share their thoughts about trends in vacancy rates, rental costs, sales growth and forecasts in particular geographic areas of the region. Our sole focus is commercial property including residential income properties.

Each issue features a cover story detailing either a property for sale or prominent leader in the commercial property community. The magazine also lists properties for sale in display ads from major and independent brokers.
