Location and Flexibility Highlight Mission District Opportunities

The Bay Area economy and commercial real estate market may be in a topsy-turvy state, but one thing remains constant no matter what the numbers say. Location, location, location always sells.
Such is the case with this month’s feature property in the Mission District. Two adjacent buildings located at 1174-1176 Potrero Ave. offer a unique opportunity for flexibility of use in a busy, high traffic area near San Francisco General Hospital.
